22cc Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for Safe Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform 22cc, available at 22cc.best, and constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 22cc. By creating an account, accessing the platform, making deposits, or participating in any activity available at 22cc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms described herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use 22cc's services. Acceptance is a mandatory condition for using the platform.

22cc reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Players will be notified of any significant changes with reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an account on the 22cc and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Being a resident of Brazil and holding a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not being located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Not be an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of 22cc or any partner supplier.
• Not having an active or previously closed account due to a terms violation on the 22cc platform.

Each player may hold a single account on the 22cc platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited, regardless of the details used. If duplicate accounts are identified, 22cc reserves the right to close all additional accounts, withhold bonus-derived balances and suspend platform access.

The information provided during registration — full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and email — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and possible withholding of any balance pending verification.

Registering with 22cc is free. There are no account creation fees or monthly charges of any kind.

The 22cc is required by law to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and in certain security-related situations. The identity verification process (known in the industry as KYC – Know Your Customer) requires the submission of the following documents:

• Photo ID: Valid national ID, driver's license or passport.
• Proof of address: utility bill (electricity, water, gas, or phone) or bank statement issued within the last 90 days showing the registered address.
• Verification selfie: a photo of the player holding their ID document, requested in specific security review cases.

Verification is requested only once and is generally completed within 24 business hours of submitting all documents. Once approved, withdrawals are processed without requiring re-verification, except in cases of registration data updates or a security alert.

• PicPay: instant processing via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago: instant processing via Mercado Pago account.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 22cc may request additional documentation for high-value deposits as part of the compliance process.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits on behalf of third parties are not accepted. The deposit method used must be linked to the CPF registered on the 22cc account.

22cc does not charge any fees on deposits. Transaction costs, if any, are the responsibility of the player's financial institution.

Withdrawals at 22cc are processed as a priority via Pix, with funds credited to the player's bank account in under 5 minutes. The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 20.00.

To request a withdrawal, the player must:

• Having a verified account (KYC completed).
• Having no open bets that depend on the requested balance.
• Having met the rollover requirements for any active bonuses on the account.
• Request the withdrawal to a bank account or Pix key linked to the CPF registered with 22cc.

The 22cc charges no fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount is transferred directly to the player's account. There are no administrative fees, processing charges, or any other hidden costs.

In exceptional circumstances – such as detection of suspicious activity, a pending KYC process or a security review – the processing time may be extended to up to 72 hours. In such cases, the player will be notified by email with the reason and the estimated completion timeframe.

The 22cc offers promotions and bonuses as a way to reward new and active players. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions described in each promotion and to the general conditions in this section.

Welcome Bonus: Players who make their first deposit at 22cc of R$ 20.00 or more receive a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed.

Rollover: To convert your bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds, you must meet a rollover requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus, you need to place a total of R$ 500.00 in bets before the balance becomes available for withdrawal.

Timeframe: The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus was credited. Unused bonuses or those with an incomplete rollover after the deadline are automatically cancelled, with no impact on the player's real balance.

Additional bonus rules:

• Only one account per CPF is eligible to claim the welcome bonus.
• Cancelled, refunded or voided bets, or bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50, do not count toward rollover completion.
• 22cc reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or bet manipulation is identified for the purpose of artificially meeting rollover requirements.
• The specific terms of each promotion take precedence over these general conditions in the event of a direct conflict.

Bets placed at 22cc are subject to the following general rules, which apply to all sports categories available, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), UFC and MMA, NBB, volleyball (Superliga), E-sports, and other markets.

• Bet settlements: A bet is considered settled when the event covered by the supported market has concluded and the official result has been confirmed by the relevant authority (confederation, league or organization responsible for the event).
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded to the player's balance.
• Event postponement: If an event is postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, bets will be refunded. If the event takes place within 48 hours of the original time, bets will stand.
• Odds errors: 22cc reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or publishing error, even after the event has taken place.
• Live betting: For live bets, the outcome at the moment the bet was confirmed in the system is final, regardless of any events that occur between submission and confirmation.
• Match fixing: Any suspected match-fixing or coordinated betting to exploit the platform may result in the voiding of bets and account closure.

Parlay bets (accumulators) are available at 22cc, with odds calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. If any single selection in a parlay is voided, the combined odds are reduced accordingly.

The casino section of 22cc features over 1,000 games, including slots, roulette (European, American, French and Lightning Roulette), blackjack, baccarat, crash games and other live casino titles. Games are provided by internationally licensed suppliers certified by independent auditing bodies.

Digital game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring each outcome is completely independent of the previous one and cannot be predicted or manipulated. In live games, results are determined by real physical events (such as a ball landing on a roulette wheel) broadcast in real time.

The player acknowledges that:

• Casino games involve financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance.

• No betting strategy guarantees a positive return over the long term.

The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that places bets without the player's direct, manual interaction is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform: 22cc the following conduct, which will result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using your 22cc account for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Placing coordinated bets with other players to exploit promotions or engineer artificial outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automation to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reselling or transferring account balance to third parties without authorization from 22cc.
• Making deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play (bonus churning).

When prohibited behavior is identified, 22cc may: temporarily suspend the account for investigation, void bets and bonuses obtained through irregular means, withhold balances while the investigation is ongoing and, in confirmed cases, permanently close the account and retain any balance derived from irregular activity.

The player is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure 22cc – username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens. 22cc strongly recommends using unique, strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, the player must:

• Change your password immediately through your account settings.
• Contact 22cc support via 24-hour live chat to report the incident.
• Check for unauthorized transactions and report them with as much detail as possible.

22cc will never ask for a player's password by email, chat, phone or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and must be reported to support immediately.

The platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications and stores sensitive data securely in encrypted form, inaccessible to unauthorized staff.

The 22cc processes players' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). Available tools include:

• Deposit limit: players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 22cc account. Once activated, a limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

The player may request voluntary account closure at 22cc at any time via live support chat or by emailing suporte@22cc.best. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within the standard processing timeframe.

22cc may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bet manipulation, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Permanent self-exclusion request by the player.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months with no deposit, bet or login recorded.

In the event of account closure due to inactivity, 22cc will notify the player 30 days in advance by email before taking any action regarding the account balance.

The 22cc is not liable for financial losses resulting from Sports Betting or casino games, which are risk-based activities whose outcomes depend on chance and factors beyond the platform's control. The player assumes full financial responsibility for every bet placed.

22cc is also not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical incidents beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the player's account caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Internet connection failures or player device issues that result in lost bets or gaming sessions.
• Transaction delays caused by third parties, such as financial institutions, payment processors or network operators.

22cc's maximum liability for any proven, direct damage caused to the player by a platform failure is limited to the amount of the player's available account balance at the time of the incident.

The 22cc may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, industry practices, or services offered by the platform. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email to the registered address and through a visible notification on the platform.

Changes that do not affect the player's existing rights, or that are required by law, may be implemented with shorter notice or take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance without penalty.

The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.
